Club Policy for Resignation: Resignation Form (At bottom of this page) must be filled out, signed and either turned into Pro Shop or Mailed to P O Box 2736, Jena, LA 71342. We do no accept resignations by phone. You will receive acknowledgment of your resignation within ten days. If you do not receive this acknowledgment please resend as sometimes mail does reach it's destination.
